Britney Spears has refused to go on tour unless her two sons can come with her.
The singer reportedly threatened to pull out of her Circus tour unless she gets the guarantee that Sean Preston and Jayden James can accompany her across the US.
Britney's father Jamie, who is acting as her conservator, is understood to be in negotiations with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, who has custody of both boys.
He wants to strike a deal to set up three homes in New Jersey, New Orleans and L.A for both the boys and Federline while she is on the road.
And according to TMZ.com, Jamie has also offered Federline $4,000 (£2,800) a week if he co-operates.
But it was also reported that Federline's lawyers are angry that negotiations took place without their appropriate input or them being present.
Britney's tour kicks off in New Orleans on March 3 and comes to London on June 3rd for eight dates at the O2 Arena.
