While summer is a great time to tie the knot, not everyone gets married June through August. The fall is emerging as a popular time to say I do, and weve sourced some of the latest trends to match the cooling temperatures. Having your big day this fall? Read on for the latest trends and inspiration.

Light it up
Pantone's hot color of Tangerine Tango might be old news, but it has remained a large part of wedding colors throughout 2012, says Gonzales. But even more bright colors are being added to the mix for fall. Want simple tables with a pop of color? Try adding color to your flowers and centerpieces, she suggests. Use this same feel for your favors, by tying them with a simple yet colorful ribbon.

Play with Pinterest
If youre stumped for inspiration, use Pinterest, says Gonzales. More and more brides are turning to the virtual pin board to get and share their wedding ideas. One of her favorite things to scope on the site is wedding nail art. There are so many creative ideas including wedding nail art. It's not the same French manicure anymore, she notes. One quick search for "wedding nail art" on Pinterest nets countless results to check out.

Go for neutral mismatched bridesmaid dresses
Move over cookie-cutter bridesmaids. Your bridal party no longer needs to be completely uniform in look, says Gonzales. Ive seen bridal parties with the same length dress and same bouquet but with different colors or dress styles, she notes. Different colored shoes are my favorite and bring the bridal party together.

Trash the dress
Not sure what to do after the big day? Trash the dress, says Gonzales. Not really, but let your photographer get creative with fun after wedding shoots, she notes. The popular trend from a few years ago is showing no sign of slowing down and in fact, brides and photographers just keep getting more and more creative with their ideas for post-wedding photo shoots.

Pre-ceremony beverages
Since people always have time to mingle before the ceremony, this fall give them something to eat and drink while they wait. Wow your guests by having a specialty beverage and light butler passed hors d'oeuvres served pre-ceremony, suggests Gonzales. This will go a long way for a slight cost to you.

Quick tip: Come up with a signature drink with your fianc and use seasonal fall flavors to create a memorable drink for the big day.

Movie-inspired nuptials
Due to the last Twilight installment, many elements from the movies wedding ceremony are now showing up in both weddings and receptions, notes Gonzales. From the flowers, to the decor, to dresses with long sleeves and lace, people are looking to the screen for inspiration. Kristen Stewart from the Twilight wedding wore a satin long sleeve with open back lace dress simply beautiful, she notes. So now, and especially for fall, sleeves are making their way back in. Whether they are lace or even sheer, they are coming back.

Vintage everything
Vintage is in for weddings this fall, notes Gonzales. Chandeliers, exposed wood and lace have all been tied in to fit the fall look, she says. The vintage theme works anywhere, from the dress to the dcor to the invitations.
