Great news, rapper SEAN COMBS is planning to quit music to pursue a full-time career in acting. The star has scaled down his hip-hop projects in recent years, so he can expand an acting resume that includes a Broadway stint in A Raisin in the Sun and a critically-acclaimed role in 2001 Oscar-winning movie Monster's Ball.

The Spice Girls cut their world tour short because Victoria Beckham and Geri Halliwell had a huge bust up. The girl group - who have cancelled concerts in China, South Africa, Australia and Argentina - reportedly scrapped the dates after single Geri accused Victoria of being "insensitive" and boasting about her gorgeous supportive husband David Beckham.

Robbie Williams has split from his songwriting partner Guy Chambers again. The 'Rudebox' singer had a dramatic bust-up with Guy - who worked with Robbie on his first five hit studio albums before they bitterly parted company in 2002 after the pop star signed a new £80 million deal with EMI - after he discovered he was working with his archrival and former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow.

Qtrax said it would carry tracks from "all the major labels" Three major record labels have denied signing deals allowing their music to feature on a new file-sharing service offering unlimited free downloads. The service, Qtrax, boasted it would carry up to 30 million tracks from "all the major labels". But Warner, EMI and Universal all say they have not licensed their music.
